Course Description
The psychological origins of religious beliefs and the apparent behavioral consequences of holding such beliefs. Specific topics will include: religiosity as an evolutionary, psychological, and social phenomenon; the role of religious beliefs in mental health, physical health, interpersonal relationships, and prejudice.
