Course Description
An introductory course in analysis. Completeness and Cauchy sequences; open, closed, connected, and compact sets; continuous functions, uniform continuity, and uniform convergence; the extreme and intermediate value theorems; differentiation and the mean value theorem; Riemann integration and the fundamental theorem of calculus. Additional topics may be covered, including the contraction mapping principle and sets of measure zero.
